We are not a ‘referral’ or ‘outsourcing’ company where you may have to wait hours or days for a reply from someone that you get handed off to down the line. We pride ourselves on providing immediate customer service and personal attention to detail when arranging your massage appointments. Our knowledgeable VIP customer service representatives will make booking your appointment as quick and easy as possible.
The fastest way to book an appointment or to get answers to any questions you may have is to simply call us at 215-668-7500. Note that during business hours Monday-Sunday 8am-11pm your calls, emails and online booking requests are answered immediately.
We can get quite busy during business hours so if by chance your call goes to voice mail we apologize but please leave a message or call us back in a few minutes.
• Voicemails: Voicemails that are left during non-business hours are returned at the start of business at 10am or the time you request in your voicemail message.
• Email: email@example.com Emails received during non-business hours are immediately answered at start of business hours at 10am and sometimes even earlier.
• Online Booking: “NEW” ONLINE BOOKING submissions received during non-business hours are answered at the start business of hours at 10am Monday-Sunday and sometimes even earlier.
